“Apolonia”
First Honourable Mention for Zubiri
The First Honourable Mention worth 2,000€ was granted to the proposal “Apolonia”, corresponding to the team made up by Maddi Berraondo Amezqueta, Cristina Franco Pérez, Luca Cerullo and Eloy Rafael Domínguez Díez, with the collaborators Francisco Naranjo Martell, Miren Azcona Azabal, José Luis Fernández Lozano and Raquel Santamarta Regueras.
The Design Proposal
The proposal stood out for its proposed general development, with an approach to exterior volumes that is nicely linked to the surroundings and the building, and also for the interest of the proposed interior spaces, without overlooking the preservation of at least the building’s main structural elements.
