The First Honourable Mention worth 2,000€ was granted to the proposal “Alba Gesta”, corresponding to the team made up by Manuel Viola Nevado, Fernando Enríquez Martín y Antonio Leníndez Cobo.
The Design Proposal
From the proposal, the jury especially appreciated the way of resolving the proposed programme withnoneed to resort to accretions to the pre-existing buildings, and the mastery of theforms and building solutions of local tradition.
